Organising 25 Years of Mixed Paperwork Before a Planned Move
Starting Point
A British couple, both retired, were planning to sell their Phuket property and relocate. Their paperwork — spanning UK, Thai, and Australian documents — was spread across several boxes, a laptop, and an old external drive with no consistent naming.
What We Did
Over two half-day appointments, we scanned the physical documents, consolidated the digital files from their external drive, and organised everything into a unified folder structure grouped by document type and country of origin.
Outcome
612 pages scanned and filed. All physical originals returned. The couple reported finding their UK pension statements within two minutes during a subsequent call with their UK bank — a process that previously took an afternoon.
