1. Definitions

• "Stillhaven", "we", "us", "our" — refers to the business registered and operating in Phuket, Thailand at 118 Thanon Thalang, Talat Yai, Mueang Phuket, Phuket 83000.
• "You", "Client", "User" — the individual or entity engaging with our website or purchasing our services.
• "Services" — the Document Organisation Toolkit, Retirement Readiness Seminars, and Records Digitization & Filing offerings described on our website.
• "Agreement" — these Terms & Conditions together with any service order confirmation.
• "Content" — all materials produced by Stillhaven, including templates, guides, and seminar materials.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging our services or using our website you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

3. Service Description

Stillhaven provides three services:

• Document Organisation Toolkit (฿5,200): A set of templates and folder structure guides for home use.
• Retirement Readiness Seminars (฿16,500 per person): In-person general information sessions held in Phuket. Seminars provide general educational content only and do not constitute financial, legal, or healthcare advice.
• Records Digitization & Filing (฿29,000 standard volume): An in-person scanning and organising service carried out at our Phuket office.

Services are available to clients who can attend in person in Phuket or receive digital materials. We do not currently offer fully remote service delivery for the Digitization service.

4. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate contact information when making an enquiry or booking
• Bring only documents that you own or have authorisation to process during a Digitization appointment
• Attend seminar sessions at the confirmed time; late arrivals cannot be guaranteed a full session
• Not record, reproduce, or distribute seminar content without our written permission
• Use website content and toolkit materials for personal use only, not for resale or redistribution

5. Intellectual Property

All content produced by Stillhaven — including toolkit templates, seminar materials, website text, and visual design — remains the intellectual property of Stillhaven. Purchasing a service grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the materials for your own private organisational purposes. You may not sell, sublicence, or distribute our materials to others.

6. Payment Terms

• All prices are stated in Thai Baht (฿) and include VAT where applicable
• Payment is due in full before service delivery begins or materials are released
• Accepted payment methods will be confirmed at the time of booking
• Cancellation and refund policy: For the Toolkit — no refunds once digital materials have been delivered. For Seminars — cancellations made more than 72 hours before the session receive a full refund; cancellations within 72 hours are non-refundable. For Digitization appointments — cancellations with more than 48 hours notice receive a full refund of any deposit paid.

7. Service-Specific Terms

Document Organisation Toolkit: Delivered as digital files. You are responsible for your own storage and backup. Stillhaven retains no copy of your use of the templates.

Retirement Readiness Seminars: Content is for general information purposes only. Nothing in a seminar constitutes financial, legal, medical, or professional advice. Stillhaven accepts no liability for decisions made based on seminar content. Session topics may vary between dates.

Records Digitization & Filing: Scope is agreed before the appointment. If the volume of documents differs materially from the agreed scope, additional charges will be discussed and agreed before work proceeds. Physical documents are returned to you at the end of the appointment. Stillhaven retains no digital copies after delivery.

8. Disclaimers

Our services are provided to help you organise your own personal records and to provide general educational information about retirement planning topics. We make no representation that any outcome will result from using our services. Stillhaven does not provide and expressly disclaims any financial, legal, taxation, healthcare, or investment advice. You are responsible for seeking qualified professional advice in those areas independently.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Thai law, Stillhaven's total liability for any claim arising out of these terms or our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages. Stillhaven is not liable for loss of data resulting from your own storage practices after delivery.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Stillhaven harmless from any claims, damages, or costs arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of our materials, or any documents you provide for processing that you did not have authorisation to share.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate a service engagement before delivery begins. Stillhaven may decline to proceed with any engagement if we reasonably believe the terms are being misused. Termination does not affect rights or obligations that have already accrued.

12. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to contact us first at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution. If an informal resolution is not reached, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Phuket Province, Thailand.

13. General Provisions

• Entire agreement: These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Stillhaven for the subject matter herein.
• Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
• Waiver: Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of future enforcement rights.
• Assignment: You may not assign your rights under these terms without our written consent.
• Notices: Formal notices should be sent to [email protected] or to our postal address.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Material changes will be reflected in a new "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our services after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
